Your brand image is YOU, so it's important that you be kept in the loop and in control. Because of this, I meet with you regularly during the initial set up process and ensure that you're happy with the direction of the project and with the final product.
I also believe that once you've paid for something, it should be yours to keep, without the ongoing maintenance fees many designers charge. As such, I provide you with full administrator access to all your accounts as well as customizable templates that can be adapted as your business grows. In addition, each package I offer comes with a final training and hand-off session where I walk you through the systems that have been put in place and how to edit and maintain your accounts so that you can keep your web presence fresh and dynamic. Even if you don't think of yourself as 'tech savvy', I give you all the information and support you need to get up and running, and if you ever have difficulty in the future, I'm always here to help.
If you would still prefer to have your web presence professionally maintained, I am available for this service, and I charge an ad hoc hourly rate for services rendered, making this an affordable and time efficient option.
